“Matt Shields is the Center Manager of the VYBE urgent care locations located in Roxborough and Havertown. He is the interim manager at Bensalem. Matt has been with VYBE since March of 2019. During his career, Matt worked for 17 years in the DME field for companies that specialized in pneumatic compression devices for patients that suffered from lymphedema and/or chronic venous insuffiency. In June of 2017, Matt made the jump into the urgent care market. He worked for a medical group as their Executive Director. He oversaw the operations for 6 of their businesses which included urgent care, physical therapy, primary care and home health care. In his free time Matt enjoys coaching his kids basketball and softball teams. His “VYBE” is watching the Philadelphia Phillies.”
And, here is the bio for VYBE: “We formed VYBE on the basic belief that everyone deserves great care. Urgent care has become “the new way to be seen” for many consumers who are fed up with long waits or expensive ER bills. At VYBE, we are accessible, high quality, and fast healthcare. First impressions matter. Our centers are warm, comfortable and inviting. We’ve installed charging stations and serve free coffee. One of our patients put it best: “VYBE has clean, bright, well-done interiors – that might not matter to some, but to me, being sick in a drab old place makes being sick all the more miserable!” We accept most all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, as well as self-pay patients. We have 11 open locations around the Philadelphia area, and our Bensalem doors are located at 3626 Street Road off of the Turnpike exit next to Metro Diner. We look forward to helping you!”
We look forward to seeing you Wednesday,
Also, for those attending via Zoom we were able to secure a better set of speakers and camera so the issue of participating in the meeting should be solved.
